Back at it

It's been a while since my last post so I thought I would come in with an update.

I've been working on my Cryx and I have gotten to a point where I can field 750 points (just). Since my last post I've painted a Necrosurgeon and three Stitch Thralls, a Necrotech and four Scrap Thralls, a Pistol Wraith and Gorman De Wulfe. I will get some pics up soon.

In other news I've been working on a Legends of the Old West Project since just before Xmas with Jet from over at Geektactica. He's done some phenomenal work on the the town. I, in the meantime, have managed to get three Bandidos(sp?) completed with some difficulty. I seem to have had a varnish failure. My Testors Dullcote doesn't seem to be able to ... well... dull. I have tried it since on some other models and the problem hasn't reoccurred. It's annoying but I doubt I will ever get around to repainting them. I've moved on in any case and I've almost finished painting three more Outlaws for my gang. I should be able to play a game by next week if I put my nose to the grind stone.

I've also gotten most of my Battle Fleet Gothic Imperial fleet painted up. I just have some final touch-ups to do on my escorts and a Dauntless class Light Cruiser.

So that about sums up my progress for the last few months, I'll be doing some photos over the next little while so you can see the progress.

Yours in Service,
The General.
